Ok, I am soooo sorry that it took this long to update, but it just goes to show how nuts September was for me, and October doesn't look to be much better...

A show the first two weeks of the month threw me completely off, especially seeing as a very detailed sound cue wasn't done until 2 days after we opened. Not my fault. I loved my cast... they were all fabulous and even gave me a birthday gift, which I had confiscated not knowing it was meant for me. I hope I can work with all of them again at some point because they were all very talented and had great personalities!

My birthday was the 14th and it was the best birthday. I got to talk to my best friend in Germany, I had lunch with my future sister-in-law, a great dinner with the family, but best of all... I turned 21!!!! YES.. finally able to legally drink! Not like I'm a drunk or anything, but it is nice to go out after a long day and be able to order something.

About a week or so ago, my future sister-in-law said that her youngest daughter voiced an interest in going to my alma mater... much to my surprise, but news in which I delighted! I ended up taking her to the open house the other day. Oh boy was that interesting! All of the teachers I had giving me these odd looks, picking on me, asking about the family... I felt so bad for the tour guide we had, but she did a great job. I can just remember giving tours... oh the good old days! So, we'll see where it leads. It would be amazing if she ended up going there, but I won't push it.

The wedding is now a whole 4 days away and I cannot wait! FINALLY, it's here. Though I won't get my new room for a while, I just know it. But now it's time to start looking for paint colors and frames... lol My mom and I are going to be singing during the mass, though my brother and his fiancee don't know I am. Oh boy is it going to sound pretty!! A duet of "Ave Maria", complete with harmonies... tears are sure to occur. Then mom's doing a song at the reception... It's going to be one interesting wedding, that's for sure!!

The day after the wedding, I get to sing with the Studio, but this time I am going to be doing a solo song... and not by choice. Well, I chose the song, but I was told I was singing at this performance... especially seeing as I work at the place we are performing.

Not sure what else to write about. Any questions or comments, let me know! May peace and all good be yours!!
