So, I had to update really quick because I just got one of the biggest shocks. Tomorrow (Saturday) the Studio is singing for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and for the group songs there are solos that are to be sung. Usually the solos are reserved for those who have made Company, right? Well, seems that my Coach likes me enough to bend the rules a little and grant me the honor of taking a part. Now, I won't be singing so I think that's why she was willing to give it to me, but I get to start the group off after the end of the music for "Seasons of Love" and count off the beginning of our a capella section of that song. Though it's just speaking, it's still a solo and I was SOOOOOOOOOO surprised that she gave it to me. I NEVER expected to see my name on the solo list. So now at 8 in the morning not only will I be singing in front of 3,000-5,000 people, with TV cameras and the works, but I also get to start the best section of our signature song. What an honor!!!!!!!! OK... so I'll fill you in later on how tomorrow goes. I'm off to a party with the family to celebrate the wedding of my brother's best friend. Until later!
